Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts in the dynamic and rapidly growing sports betting and casino market. This role requires a hands-on approach and a senior-level mindset, as well as a proven track record of success in B2B sales within the iGaming industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong network of contacts and extensive experience in cultivating and closing deals with key players in the industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the sports betting and casino sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with B2B clients, including gaming operators, platform providers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese or Spanish
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on the sports betting and casino industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market environment.
  • Extensive network of contacts within the iGaming industry, including gaming operators and platform providers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively and build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business success and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
