Retention Manager - Sweepstakes/Social - Fully Remote.

A high-growth US sweepstakes operator is seeking an experienced Retention Manager to own and lead player lifecycle strategies, with a sharp focus on bonusing and CRM performance.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a rapidly growing social gaming business and take full responsibility for retention, loyalty, and engagement initiatives. Working fully remotely, you’ll be central to shaping the player experience, increasing lifetime value, and minimizing churn across a large and active user base.
Strong bonusing knowledge is essential for success in this role. You'll be expected to plan, implement, and optimize complex bonus campaigns within a compliant sweepstakes framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the retention and reactivation strategy across the player base.
• Plan and execute CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push) to increase engagement and player value.
• Develop compelling bonus programs, including daily rewards, reload offers, and loyalty initiatives.
• Build automated lifecycle journeys and personalized player communications.
• Segment players based on behaviour, lifecycle stage, and value to create targeted engagement strategies.
• Work cross-functionally with product, creative, and data teams to deliver cohesive messaging.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs including retention rate, churn, ARPU, and LTV.

Candidate Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar retention or CRM role within a sweepstakes/social casino environment.
• Deep understanding of bonusing mechanics, campaign strategy, and compliance requirements within sweepstakes models.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as optimove.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and copywriting skills with the ability to speak to diverse player segments.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a remote, fast-paced environment.
