A well renowned and fast growing Live Casino provider are looking for a Product Owner (Live Chat) to lead the development and optimization of real-time chat features within the Live Casino game client. This role focuses on enhancing player engagement, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of real-time chat features to enhance player interaction.
  • Work with engineering teams to optimize chat services, integrating APIs and messaging protocols.
  • Define and prioritize chat-related features, such as message delivery, user engagement tools, and moderation controls.
  • Ensure the chat system complies with security, regulatory, and responsible gaming standards.
  • Analyze chat usage data and engagement metrics to improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with Developers, Designers, and Business Intelligence teams to align on product vision.
  • Conduct market research to stay competitive and implement best practices.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner in software development.
  • Strong background in chat or messaging platforms and real-time communication tools.
  • Experience with APIs, system integrations, and chat technologies (WebSockets, XMPP, etc.).
  • Knowledge of chat moderation, anti-spam measures, and responsible gaming practices.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with chat analytics, chatbot communication, and sentiment analysis.
  • Familiarity with gamification and retention strategies through chat.
  • Understanding of multilingual chat support and compliance for global markets.
