A growing and highly innovative B2B solutions provider are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join their Product Team. The primary focus of this role will be on their Platform where you will need to coordinate incident management between operational staff, ITOS & 3rd party suppliers, assist in defining requirements for future operational platform and manage and own configuration of 3rd party consoles. Responsibilities include:  Supporting Casino and Poker Operations in troubleshooting system incidents in order to minimize down time and service interruption. Providing expertise & knowledge of Systems & Tools to whoever requires it. Monitoring system health and performance using Grafana-type dashboards. Manage and maintain system configurations with Ops and Commercial colleagues. Manage User access and permissions. Documenting usage, best practice and troubleshooting. Key Requirements:  Extensive Product experience in iGaming.  Strong planning and organization skills including ability to track and manage changes. Ability to work on multiple projects at a time. A global leading Lottery provider is looking for a Product Manager to join their growing and established Product team, this role will specifically focus on the Instant Win Games. They are looking for someone who can help expand the Instant Win Game category while maintaining safety and responsibility for the players. The role involves overseeing the IWG Product Team, managing game development, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include: Deliver the game roadmap strategy, including managing the Production Schedule to ensure game timings and milestones are agreed with studios and game production remains on-track. Take ownership of the full lifecycle of several games. Work with the internal and external studios to build strong relationships and ensure that games are developed in line with the game specifications and timings, including any regulatory requirements. Work with their platform provider to support key tasks including supplier integration and delivery of new and improved features and functionality from the transformation backlog. Keep up to date with market trends in the lottery and iGaming space, to help drive portfolio innovation. The ideal candidate will have: Games industry experience, with a keen interest and passion for gaming. Demonstratable knowledge and understanding of Instant Win Games. Ability to write and maintain game briefs and design documentation to a high standard. Agile product management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines. A technical and mathematical background. A great team player, who is ambitious, naturally organized, collaborative and enthusiastic. In this role you will be accountable for the performance and operations of all sportsbook tasks in all sports across hours of site operation.  In this role you need to be well versed in all aspects of sports betting and ensure that the team adheres to company processes and balance efficiency with productivity.
