Responsibilities: Lead the development of real-time chat features to enhance player interaction. Work with engineering teams to optimize chat services, integrating APIs and messaging protocols. Define and prioritize chat-related features, such as message delivery, user engagement tools, and moderation controls. Ensure the chat system complies with security, regulatory, and responsible gaming standards. Analyze chat usage data and engagement metrics to improve user experience. Collaborate with Developers, Designers, and Business Intelligence teams to align on product vision. Conduct market research to stay competitive and implement best practices.
