My client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to oversee their payment gateways, with a primary focus on their digital and land-based gaming products. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a deep understanding of payment technologies, particularly ACH e-check solutions, and a passion for driving product expansion.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive roadmaps and strategies for payment gateway products, aligning them with the overall business objectives.
- Analyze the payment landscape, including emerging trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements, to inform product development and strategy.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to execute on product initiatives effectively.
- Manage and optimize ACH e-check products for digital and land-based casinos and sportsbooks, ensuring seamless integration and superior user experiences.
- Oversee the management of gateway assets, including vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and performance monitoring.
- Drive the expansion of their payment gateway product line, identifying new market opportunities and implementing innovative solutions to enhance their offerings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners regarding payment gateway-related matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of 3+ years in product management roles, preferably within the iGaming industry or related fintech sectors.
- Strong understanding of payment technologies and methodologies, with experience in ACH e-check solutions highly desired.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Prior experience working remotely is a plus; familiarity with the Las Vegas gaming market is preferred.
