I am working with one of the fastest growing casino and sportsbook that are currently seeking an Italian Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Rome, Italy.

You will play a critical role working with the Affiliate team to improve the marketing promotions and initiatives. You will partner closely with the executive team and business leaders to align initiatives with the company's objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective research and maintain communication with several affiliates.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s affiliate program, including affiliate promotions and initiatives.
• Research, source, evaluate, on board and approve new affiliates and partners to the program.
• Monitor and analyse results of all affiliate campaigns, including completing weekly/monthly KPI reports.
• Manage affiliate retention & reactivation.
• Handle day to day engagement and communication with affiliates.
• Manage Streaming and Social Media activities.
• Analyse competitors
• Plan the company’s affiliate presence
• Ensure affiliates content is compliant with applicable advertising and regulatory guidelines.

Work Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of one year experience in a similar role within the online gambling industry (specifically Casino) for the Italian Market.
• Ability to onboard and manage Influencers & Affiliates.
• Sports knowledge advantageous
• Social Media experience
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms would be advantageous.
