Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice with a strong emphasis on licensing and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

• Support broader LCR functions including commercial contracts, data protection, and general compliance matters.

• Manage material communications with regulatory bodies.

• Coordinate and oversee work with external legal counsel.

• Lead the process of acquiring new gambling licenses and maintaining existing ones worldwide.

• Take on additional related tasks as reasonably required.
