Head of Sales - start up!

This new payments company is part of a larger group which employs over 350 people. It is a dynamic start up, and already has its its FCA licence, technology and infrastructure in place in readiness to grow quickly. It is now seeking a sales leader to manage a small sales team based in the UK. 

Reporting to the CEO, your focus will be to lead coach and mentor a team of 3. Leading from the front, you will also be responsible for implementing sales systems and process. So this is a great opportunity to have real input into how things should/could be done. Your team will focus on selling the company's  payments solutions (acquiring and issuing products) to the high risk (igaming)  and low risk sectors.

The successful candidate will have solid sales management experience gained in the payments sectors. You may have sold into other verticals other than gaming to be considered i.e : ecommerce , travel or retails backgrounds could be suitable too.
