Why This Role?

As Head of Operations based in Panama, you’ll oversee and lead the entire operational structure of the local office. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on leader with experience in HR, Finance, Procurement, and IT, who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to directly influence business outcomes. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and senior leadership to drive performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and build a world-class operational foundation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all core business functions: HR, Finance, Procurement, Facilities, Customer Support, and IT
  • Develop and implement scalable operational strategies aligned with company growth goals
  • Build and manage strong relationships with local banks, government bodies, and institutional partners
  • Ensure full compliance with Panama’s labor laws, financial regulations, and business requirements
  • Streamline workflows and optimize internal processes to boost efficiency
  • Define KPIs and oversee performance management across departments
  • Support long-term strategic planning, budgeting, and risk management
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of senior operations experience (e.g., Operations Manager, Director of Operations, COO)
  • Proven success managing multi-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of Panama’s regulatory and business landscape
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Experience in the online casino or iGaming industry
