We are seeking a motivated and experienced Head of Commercial Operations to join a fast-growing and ambitious iGaming business, where you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, fostering growth, and ensuring the seamless execution of their strategic objectives.
  • Lead the operational structuring within a scale-up and agile environment, collaborating with stakeholders to implement and refine the company's strategic directions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Build and oversee a commercial strategy, fostering and deepening client relationships, understanding their strategies and progressions, and contributing to the implementation and tracking of commercial objectives.
  • Manage and strengthen client and partner relations, leading the account management and client support units to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Align the product development roadmap with strategic goals, overseeing the organization of quarterly team activities within the Product Committee to ensure alignment with the strategic roadmap and balanced workload capacity.
  • Ensure operational performance aligns with the development roadmap and client development priorities, including timely delivery, quality assurance, and productivity.
  • Oversee the Business Operations division activities to provide advanced services to partner operators, coordinating and enabling cooperation with third-party providers for online operations.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of internal processes, collaborating with the HR Manager/Office Manager to support organizational skills development and HR initiatives.


  • Proven experience in similar roles or leadership positions within iGaming companies operating within an Agile framework.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to engage effectively with both Business and Technical stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and an interest in staying updated with market dynamics, including growth, competition, and innovation.
  • Proactive individuals who are eager to lead the growth and success of the business.
