An exciting opportunity has opened for a Head of Marketing to join a fast-scaling sweepstakes gaming brand that is expanding into the international crypto casino space. This is a high-impact leadership role for a senior growth marketer with deep expertise in affiliate marketing, paid media, crypto gaming, and U.S. sweepstakes or iGaming.
You’ll lead the marketing strategy across both the established sweepstakes product and a new crypto casino offering. This is a rare opportunity to shape a dual-market strategy in a high-growth, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Full-Funnel Marketing Strategy: Design and execute a multi-channel acquisition strategy across affiliate, paid media, influencer, and organic channels tailored to both U.S. sweepstakes and international crypto audiences.
Affiliate Program Ownership: Build and scale a high-performing affiliate marketing program, including partner recruitment, commission structures, tracking, and compliance.
Crypto Market Expansion: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the crypto casino vertical, including user acquisition, retention, and community engagement in key international markets.
Performance Marketing Leadership: Manage budgets and drive KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROI, and retention using platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic networks.
Hands-On Execution + Strategic Oversight: Operate at both tactical and strategic levels—launching campaigns directly while leading the broader growth roadmap.
Team & Partner Management: Oversee external agencies and freelancers or build an internal team across creative, media buying, and affiliate operations.
Compliance & Platform Policy Alignment: Ensure all marketing activities comply with sweepstakes regulations, crypto advertising policies, and platform-specific guidelines.
Brand Messaging & Positioning: Collaborate cross-functionally to shape brand tone and messaging that resonates with both U.S. sweepstakes players and international crypto casino users.
Candidate Requirements:
8+ years of growth or performance marketing experience in sweepstakes, social casino, iGaming, or crypto gaming, with a strong focus on affiliate marketing, influencers and paid media.
Proven track record of scaling digital marketing programs using affiliate, paid social, programmatic, influencer, and SEO/ASO channels.
Experience launching or scaling crypto casinos or blockchain-based gaming products is a strong plus.
Deep understanding of CAC/LTV optimization, conversion funnels, and data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with crypto user behavior, wallet onboarding, and web3 marketing tactics.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-style environment, agile, resourceful, and execution-focused.

The Snr Game Mathematician will work closely with the Senior Management and Game Design Teams to develop concepts and statistical documents for unique gambling games. Such games may be traditional video slot games, table games or multiplayer casual-mobile style games that will contain a gambling element.
This role will be working collaboratively with the other disciplines to ensure that slot games are not only entertaining but also fair and financially viable for the casino. Playing a vital role in balancing the interests of players and the casino while complying with industry regulations. You will leverage their passion for playing various genres of games as well as developing their expert knowledge of player psychology to help devise unique and engaging Game content. You will help to create and maintain comprehensive documentation, create detailed experience flowcharts, wireframes, and detailed moment-to-moment gameplay experiences with distinct clarity. Experience
Ability to build a greater knowledge of real money casino games, player psychology and the ability to help in the creation of ideas and designs for specific markets and players;

Day to day
Collaborate with the slots team to assist in the design and creation of unique gambling games;
Use mathematical models to create game rules, pay tables and volatility settings;
Consistently demonstrate an increasing knowledge of the gaming market and an empathy for all player types;
Help with the Mathematical Analysis of existing and new games to analyse the probability of winning and the expected return to the player for each game. Calculate the house edge and volatility of the games to ensure profitability for the casino. Optimising game parameters to achieve desired player engagement and revenue targets;
Ensure the integrity of the random number generator (RNG) used in slot games to guarantee fair and unpredictable outcomes;
Stay up-to-date with gaming regulations and ensure that all games meet legal requirements and standards;
Collect and analyse data from slot games to make data-driven decisions for game improvements;
Monitor and interpret player behaviour and game performance to identify areas for enhancement;
Conduct playtesting and quality assurance to identify and address issues with game mechanics or payouts;
Ensure that the game provides a satisfying player experience while adhering to the intended mathematical model;
Maintain detailed documentation of game specifications, mathematical models, and testing results;
Participation in team brainstorming;
