Take ownership of more complex issues, ensuring they are resolved efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve customer concerns. Process KYC verification and enhanced due diligence when necessary. Review and approve withdrawal requests in line with security protocols. Conduct daily security checks to monitor new accounts and transactions. Analyze customer interactions and provide feedback to improve services and self-help resources. Support CX initiatives by contributing insights on customer trends and system improvements. Handle additional tasks as required by the Customer Experience Management team.   What You Bring: Fluent Swedish (spoken and written) with strong communication skills. Interest in sports and casino is a plus. Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work flexible shifts, including night shifts. The role involves overseeing technical architecture, guiding custom transformation solutions, and ensuring data consistency, performance, and integration with enterprise BI systems. Key Responsibilities: Design the overall technical architecture and system evolution plan for the Protos system, responsible for private deployment. Lead the design, technical review, and implementation oversight of custom transformation solutions for the Sensor Data System within the existing private environment. Maintain a deep understanding of the architecture and performance across the full data lifecycle: acquisition, transmission, computation, storage, and querying of Sensor Data. Resolve key challenges in custom transformation processes, including tracking models, data consistency, latency, data loss, and system stability. Integrate Sensor Analytics with enterprise data warehouses and BI systems to ensure data availability and analytical consistency. Qualifications: Experience with private deployments of Sensor Data systems and participation in deep customization or modification of private deployments. Ability to design, review, and supervise technical solutions at the architect or technical manager level. Solid background in data storage, including layered modeling, indicator system design, and advanced SQL capabilities.
