About the Role

Our Client are looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our on-site team in Malta. In this role, you will support operational activities, handle agent queries, and monitor gaming systems in real time. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in technical support and the gaming industry.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle agent requests via written communication and provide timely support
  • Operate and manage back-end game tools
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting and tool usage
  • Monitor game operations in real time and respond to issues promptly

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • Strong interest in technical support and gaming
  • Basic understanding of IT, networking, or systems is an advantage
  • Background in Information Management or Computer Science is a plus
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
