The Company:
This opportunity is with a leading iGaming software and platform provider with a portfolio of various well-known B2C brands across the globe including LatAm. One of their leading B2C brand in LatAm is now expanding to Chile and they are therefore seeking to hire an experienced Sr. Marketing Manager to help its brands and deliver the ongoing marketing strategy.

About the Role:
The Sr. Marketing Manager will own all marketing activity for the Chilean market, operating within a lean local model with no on-the-ground team yet. This role requires strong independence, accountability, and full market ownership.

You will lead the development and execution of offline and digital marketing initiatives, working closely with internal teams and external agencies. The role covers ATL channels (including TV, radio, OOH, sponsorships, and direct mail) as well as digital marketing across paid media, social, influencers, programmatic, connected TV, app installs, CRM, and organic channels.

Success in this role requires experience across upper funnel, performance, and BTL marketing, strong knowledge of the Chilean media ecosystem, and the ability to manage agencies and deliver results autonomously.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • +3 years’ experience in online gambling, as Marketing Manager/Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Candidates with solid experience in related highly competitive and regulated e-commerce industries will also be considered (preference for digital companies performance oriented, digital startups, companies with strict regulatory pressure).
  • Specific experience managing Advertising and media agencies.
  • Thorough understanding of the local media landscape including relationships with media owners and publishers.
  • Track record launching new brands into a highly competitive and regulated industry.
  • Hands on creative development experience
  • Ability to think both creatively and strategically.
  • Strong understanding of Chilean demographics, culture, and media consumer
  • Teamworking skills – the ability to build relationships internally and externally. Experience working with internal and external agencies and business partners.
  • Confident, with strong initiative and ability to multitask and deliver on time and on budget
  • Excellent analytical skills, written and verbal communication
  • Solid attention to detail
  • Native Spanish speaker. Proficiency in English, with ability to communicate in this language to the senior levels of the company.
