I am supporting a growing iGaming testing Lab who are looking for a Senior Technical Compliance Manager to own the technical compliance function for their European business.
What You'll Do
- Act as subject matter authority on European online gaming technical standards
- Own and develop relationships with European regulators and accreditation bodies
- Review and sign off test reports, certificates and inspection findings for games
- Lead technical scoping for complex certification and audit engagements
- Advise clients at a senior level on player protection, responsible gambling controls, AML/CFT technical obligations and more
- Maintain and improve their accredited management systems
- Mentor and supervise testers
- Support business development
What you'll bring - Ideally 7+ years in technical compliance, certification, regulatory affairs or a test laboratory environment within online gaming, with meaningful time spent at senior level.
- Demonstrable depth in EU/EEA iGaming regulation.
- An established professional network among European regulators
- Practical command of technical standards and test criteria
- Willingness to travel within Europe and occasionally further afield.

Reconciliation Manager – Malta

Im supporting an iGaming company looking for an experienced Reconciliation Manager to lead a team responsible for daily and month-end reconciliation of PSP transactions and more.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily and month-end reconciliations across PSPs, banks and internal systems.
Investigate transaction, settlement, timing and balance discrepancies through to resolution.
Monitor PSP settlements and work closely with Treasury on missing or delayed payments.
Ensure fees, accruals, adjustments and reconciling items are accurately reflected in month-end accounts.
Identify opportunities to improve reconciliation processes
Work with Technology on reporting, tools and automation, with SQL/scripting knowledge being advantageous.
Manage, mentor and develop the reconciliation team
Requirements
Experience in PSP/payment provider reconciliation
Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Data Science, or part-qualified ACCA/ACA.
Advanced Excel skills
Confident communicating with stakeholders
Proven experience managing, coaching and developing a team.

Overview
My client an iGaming company is seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel to support corporate governance, legal compliance, and strategic projects across the Group. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders on corporate, regulatory, and commercial matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on corporate governance and legal compliance.
Draft and review corporate documents, board resolutions, and agreements.
Manage corporate housekeeping and statutory filings.
Support company restructures, M&A, and strategic transactions.
Liaise with regulators, registries, and external legal counsel.
Provide day-to-day legal advice to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Qualified lawyer (LLB required; LLM advantageous).
3+ years' post-qualification experience.
Strong corporate law and governance knowledge.
Excellent English communication skills.
Regulated industry and iGaming experience are advantageous.
