What You’ll Do

  • Decode Player Behavior: Build powerful user profiles and segmentation models to understand player value, retention, and engagement.

  • Transform Data into Strategy: Dive into sportsbook odds, markets, and user journeys to reveal insights that drive smarter product, pricing, and marketing decisions.

  • Experiment & Optimize: Design A/B tests and predictive models (LTV, churn, retention) that boost performance and engagement.

  • Track What Matters: Develop intuitive dashboards and performance tracking tools that put actionable insights at everyone’s fingertips.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product, marketing, and engineering to fuel data-informed innovation across the business.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of data analytics experience, ideally in sportsbook, gaming, or entertainment tech.

  • Strong grasp of sports betting ecosystems, market dynamics, and player behaviors.

  • Hands-on skills with SQL and Python (or R) plus visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

  • Proven experience in segmentation, LTV modeling, churn prediction, and personalization.

  • A proactive mindset, you don’t just analyze data; you act on it.

Bonus Points

  • Experience at top-tier sportsbooks such as FanDuel, DraftKings, Bet365, or BetMGM.

  • Familiarity with AWS, Snowflake, or Databricks.

  • Passion for sports and a genuine curiosity about what drives betting behavior.
