About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join a newly established engineering team responsible for developing the next generation of backend services supporting trading, risk, and core platform capabilities.
This position offers the opportunity to influence technical direction from the beginning, working on both new product development and the evolution of existing enterprise systems. You will collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, and product teams to design solutions that are scalable, resilient, and built for high-volume production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using C# and .NET.
- Build high-performance distributed systems capable of handling large volumes of real-time data.
- Develop integrations with internal and external platforms using modern messaging technologies and APIs.
- Enhance and modernize existing services while maintaining system stability and compatibility.

- Experience building REST APIs and familiarity with gRPC or WebSocket communication.
- Knowledge of Redis, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms, preferably Azure (AWS experience is also valuable).
- Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Grafana, Splunk, or OpenTelemetry.
- Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments.
- Experience using AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar.

An established online gaming operator is seeking a hands-on Product Owner - Casino to take ownership of its online casino product and help drive growth across the digital business.

A deep understanding of the Brazilian regulatory environment and the challenges associated with operating in regulated markets is essential.
The candidate will have experience building organisations and operational frameworks from the ground up, working with Boards, investors, and international leadership teams.
