? Hiring: Senior Backend / Platform Engineer (.NET) — Remote (Europe)

I’m partnering with an early-stage, well-funded tech company in the online gaming / real-time transactions space that is building a greenfield platform from the ground up, and we’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer (.NET) to join the core engineering team.

This is a hands-on senior engineering role for someone who enjoys solving complex distributed systems challenges and wants real ownership over what they build.

? What you’d be working on:

• Designing and building high-performance backend services in C# / .NET

• Developing scalable APIs and event-driven microservices

• Working with Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis, SignalR, Docker/Kubernetes, and AWS

• Building real-time, high-throughput transactional systems

• Contributing to architecture, CI/CD, testing standards, and production reliability

• Collaborating in a small, high-calibre engineering team where impact is immediate

? We’d love to speak with engineers who have:

? Strong experience with .NET / C# (ideally modern .NET)

? Background in microservices or distributed systems

? Solid PostgreSQL and event-driven architecture experience

? Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ, Redis, containers, and cloud infrastructure

? Strong engineering fundamentals around testing, performance and clean architecture

? Bonus if you’ve worked in:

• Sports betting / iGaming / fintech

• Real-time pricing or trading systems

• DDD, CQRS, event sourcing, or real-time messaging systems

Why this role stands out:

• Greenfield product build

• Significant ownership and architecture influence

• Fully remote across Europe (EU timezone preferred)

• B2B contract engagement

• Founding-stage environment with strong growth potential

Competitive Salary

Hiring: Solutions Architect (iGaming) – Remote (EU Timezone Preferred) | B2B Contract   This is one of those rare, build-it-from-scratch opportunities ? I’m partnering with a highly ambitious, well-funded tech company preparing to launch a next-generation iGaming platform—and they’re looking for a Solutions Architect to define the entire architecture from day one.   We’re talking real-time betting, high-volume transactions, social features, and multi-provider integrations—all designed to scale across emerging markets to millions of users.   This is NOT a purely strategic role.
