Senior Game Producer  A powerhouse B2B iGaming business are looking for a Senior Game Producer to help build the next generation of slot games. In this role, you’ll own the full lifecycle of game production, from concept and math design to certified release, shaping the creative vision and player experience. You’ll work closely with designers, developers, artists, and mathematicians to create high-quality, commercially successful slot titles that stand out in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end production of slot games from concept to release Define game vision, mechanics, and features with cross-functional teams Conduct market and competitor research to inform product decisions Collaborate with game mathematicians on RTP, volatility, and gameplay feel Write clear game design and production specifications Manage the production pipeline to deliver high-quality games on schedule Oversee certification and regulatory compliance Requirements 4+ years producing games in the iGaming industry Experience launching successful slot titles Strong understanding of slot mechanics, player engagement, and monetization Ability to balance creative vision with data-driven decision making Excellent communication and documentation skills
