Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain AI/LLM infrastructure (self-hosted models, GPUs, inference pipelines)
- Develop and deploy LLM-based solutions (RAG systems,internal tools for agents and CRM teams)
- Optimize models for latency & throughput in controlled environments
- Build scalable data pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and evaluation
- Implement model serving and orchestration (e.g., APIs, batching, streaming inference)
- Ensure security, compliance, and data privacy across all AI systems
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to embed AI into player engagement workflows
Required Skills / Experience
- 2+ years of experience in AI / ML engineering
- Solid understanding of LLMs, embeddings, and prompt engineering
- Experience deploying models in on-prem or hybrid environments
- Strong Python skills and experience building production APIs/services
- Experience with model optimization techniques (quantization, batching, GPU utilization)
- Familiarity with MLOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, versioning)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate autonomously
