Pentasia is supporting a growing charitable gaming business in the search for an experienced Sales Manager to support expansion across the Ohio market. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established business within the charitable gaming space, working closely with local partners to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build long term relationships across the region.
The Role
As Sales Manager, you will take ownership of sales activity across Ohio, with a strong focus on relationship management, new business development, and ongoing account growth within charitable gaming environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing relationships with charitable organizations, venues, and key stakeholders across Ohio
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the state
- Driving revenue growth through effective consultative sales techniques
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, installation, and ongoing client support
- Representing the business at local events, site visits, and industry functions
- Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and activity reporting
This role will suit a commercially minded sales professional with experience in regulated or highly relationship driven gaming environments.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within charitable gaming, amusement, route operations, or regulated gaming
- Strong knowledge of the Ohio charitable gaming landscape (highly desirable)
- A track record of building and maintaining long term client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- A self motivated, field based mindset with the ability to manage your own territory effectively
- A valid driving licence and willingness to travel within Ohio

Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of customer promotions and loyalty offers across sports products
Own reporting on campaign performance and commercial impact, translating insights into action
