We are looking for someone who has a few years of experience in managing a small team, possesses strong project management skills, and is familiar with tools such as Tableau, SQL, and other reporting technologies.

Main Responsibilities:
• Oversee the technical landscape of reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, automated reporting), including administration, setting development standards, and maintaining performance and stability.
• Lead projects aimed at improving reporting efficiency, such as system consolidations, speed enhancements, or data migrations.
• Manage and mentor the Reporting team.
• Conduct reporting sprints, retrospectives, and handle user access processes for reporting tools.
• Collaborate closely with Analytics teams to interpret and execute requirements.
• Work with Data Engineering to ensure data availability, centralize KPI definitions, and adapt to data warehouse changes.

Desired experience:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define data requirements.
• Confident communicator, capable of explaining technical concepts to non technical audiences and writing clear specifications.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Background in team leadership.
• Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Degree in a quantitative or scientific discipline.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with R or Python (or similar tools) is highly desirable.

This role focuses on supporting product teams with analytics, reporting, and actionable insights to drive strategic decisions. Main Responsibilities: • Actively participate in business initiatives from the product perspective, including evaluating potential business impact, defining data and reporting needs, and developing frameworks to measure success. • Design and implement reporting solutions in Tableau and other tools to analyze the performance of product features, customer journeys, and behavioral metrics such as conversion funnels. • Scope, plan, and perform A/B tests and various analyses, translating results into clear, actionable recommendations for product stakeholders. • Contribute to the development and deployment of a robust analytics layer for A/B testing processes. • Take ownership of maintaining and enhancing reporting systems and dashboards used by product teams.
