About the Project
An ambitious and well-founded iGaming startup undergoing a full platform revamp to compete with industry leaders. With a functional product already live, we are entering a critical two-month sprint to rebuild and relaunch the site. To lead this transformation, we are looking for a highly experienced Tech Manager Developer ready to step into a CTO role.

The Role
Take full ownership of our technical stack and team. You’ll work directly with the founders, lead the existing development team, write code when necessary, and drive the successful relaunch of our platform within a tight timeline.
This is a hands-on leadership role, with full autonomy and resources to succeed — and the opportunity to transition into the long-term CTO position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full site revamp, ensuring the platform is relaunched within 2 months.
  • Supervise and coordinate the current development team (frontend & backend).
  • Write high-quality, scalable code when needed.
  • Establish best practices and technical standards across the project.
  • Ensure deadlines are met without compromising product quality.
  • Collaborate closely with the founding team on strategic technical decisions.
  • Help assess future tech needs and team expansion.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in the iGaming industry (must-have).
  • Knowledge of UI and game mechanics.
  • Previous experience leading technical teams or acting as CTO/Tech Lead.
  • Hands-on mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Fluent in English.

What’s on Offer
  • Extremely competitive compensation as salary is not a limitation for the right candidate.
  • Full autonomy to make impactful technical decisions.
  • Opportunity to evolve into a permanent CTO role.
  • Fully remote and flexible working environment.
