PSP Reconciliation Specialist
Hybrid - 2 days in office, 3 days at home.Full time.

The Role
As a PSP Reconciliation Specialist, you'll be ensuring payment transactions are accurately reconciled between PSPs, internal systems and settlement files while being a part of a friendly team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily PSP reconciliations across multiple payment providers.
- Investigate reconciliation breaks, settlement variances and missing transactions using SQL and Excel.
- Reconcile settlements, fees and balance sheet accounts at month-end.
- Resolve unmatched transactions with internal stakeholders and PSPs.
- Prepare reconciliation reports and identify trends or risks.
- Support improvements to reconciliation tools, controls and processes.
What they're Looking For
Essential
- Previous PSP reconciliation experience.
- Strong SQL and Excel skills.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English.
Desirable
- Experience within iGaming, fintech or financial services.
- Knowledge of PSP settlements, wallets, fees and chargebacks.
