A company operating in the online casino sector is seeking a Live Casino Coordinator to support the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of their live casino products. 

We are looking for someone who combines live casino experience within an operator environment.
 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact point for Live Casino suppliers, facilitating communication and ensuring service issues are resolved promptly.

  • Track uptime, player engagement, and performance metrics for Live Casino tables, escalating any disruptions or concerns to relevant departments.

  • Support the implementation of new Live Casino offerings, including game launches, new tables, and promotional events.

  • Partner with CRM, marketing, and product teams to schedule and deliver engaging campaigns that support business objectives.

  • Analyse key data points, such as player activity and table performance, to identify patterns and opportunities for optimisation.

  • Maintain promotional and product content across desktop and mobile platforms, ensuring accuracy and visibility.

  • Compile recurring performance reports and deliver insights on player behaviour, revenue, and engagement trends.

  • Carry out competitor benchmarking to understand industry positioning, promotional strategies, and new features in the Live Casino space.

Desired experience:

  • Prior experience in roles involving Live Casino product coordination or operations.

  • Comfortable working with data and transforming insights into action plans.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; previous use of CRM or CMS systems is considered an asset.

Lead integrations with sports data and odds providers, as well as risk and trading systems. Ensure ultra-low latency and high availability across live betting environments. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technology with product and regulatory requirements. Develop and enforce security, fairness, and compliance mechanisms for multiple markets in Southeast Asia. Guide and mentor distributed development teams to ensure consistent architecture and best practices. Continuously analyze and enhance system performance and introduce innovative sportsbook features.
