In this role, you will manage and support a team of two CRM Executives, working across three verticals - Casino, Live Casino, and Sports - and three different brands in a rapidly growing market. As CRM Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the CRM team, ensuring all activities align with our brand vision and strategic goals. You will work closely with the VIP Manager, Senior CRM Manager, and Country Manager to deliver high-performing campaigns and promotions that drive customer activity, retention, and loyalty. Pentasia are supporting a global B2B technology provider within the iGaming space, in their search for a TikTok Specialist. The successful candidate will work alongside marketing, community, and content teams to manage and expand clients’ short-form video presence, delivering platform-native content that supports brand and commercial objectives.   In this role, you will lead the development and execution of a short-form video content strategy, creating and optimising engaging content to grow brand presence and drive measurable results. You will analyse performance, manage campaigns and creators, and continuously refine content through insights, trends, and experimentation to maximise impact.   Responsibilities Develop a platform-first content strategy aligned with brand values and target audiences. Identify emerging trends, formats, and audio, and adapt them appropriately. Plan, script, and coordinate campaigns in collaboration with creators and internal teams. Optimise content elements such as hooks, captions, hashtags, and posting schedules. Monitor performance metrics and refine strategies based on insights and testing. Produce regular performance reports with clear analysis and recommendations, tracking metrics such as reach, engagement, audience growth, and conversion. Support influencer and community development, including sourcing user-generated content and managing campaigns.   Requirements Demonstrated experience managing and growing social media accounts.
