My client, a global leader in sports betting, is looking for an Office Administrator to join a friendly team.
Responsibilities:

Act as primary office contact and P.A. to the board of directors

Manage calendar, appointments, and events for directors

Prepare documents for signatures, maintain filing system
-
Greet visitors and handle requests
-
Organize meetings, travel, and office supplies
-
Assist with HR duties and general administrative tasks
-
Manage petty cash, credit cards, and expense reports
-
Oversee GDPR compliance and document archiving
-
Organize team events, business trips, and insurance contracts
Requirements:
-
Fluent in English and Maltese
-
Proficient in MS Office and Excel
-
Detail-oriented, self-starter, and able to meet deadlines
-
2/3 years of previous experience preferred
