The Role: As a Payments Supervisor, you will be responsible for learning payment processes with the Asian team and developing training materials for the future Payments team in Brazil. This role involves handling payment performance issues and other discrepancies. The supervisor will assist with manual resolutions, ensuring smooth transaction flows. Please note that this is an extremely analytical position. About You: You’re detail-oriented with strong knowledge of payment processes, able to spot and resolve issues like delays, declines, and chargebacks. The Role: As MLRO you will oversee and ensure the effective implementation of anti-money laundering (AML) procedures within the organization. You will also supervise daily operations, promote compliance with legal obligations, train staff, identify and report suspicious activities, liaise with authorities, and regularly assess and report on AML risks, systems, and effectiveness to senior management. About You: You hold a university degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Administration, or a related field, and bring over three years of direct experience in a compliance or AML role within the iGaming industry. You also have a solid understanding of Brazilian regulations related iGaming, payments, and financial institutions, along with in-depth knowledge of local laws, directives, and standards applicable to AML, KYC, and virtual assets.
