My client,a leading gaming business, is hiring an MLRO and AML Manager to oversee their AML/CFT and sanctions framework across European regulated markets, acting as MLRO where required and reporting to the Head of Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage AML/CFT and sanctions compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Act as MLRO and handle SAR/STR reporting and regulatory engagement.
  • Oversee risk assessments, customer due diligence, sanctions screening, and financial crime controls.
  • Support new market launches, lead audits, deliver training, and report risks to senior management.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior AML or MLRO role within iGaming or another regulated industry.
  • Strong knowledge of EU AML regulations, financial crime controls, and regulatory reporting.
  • Experience working with regulators and across multiple jurisdictions is an advantage.
