As the business continues to grow and reach a broader audience, they are looking for a Marketing Associate to support and lead initiatives across creators, partnerships, campaigns, social media, and growth. This is an opportunity for proactive, commercially minded marketing professionals to bring fresh ideas, take ownership of their own initiatives, and help shape the next stage of Shuffle’s marketing strategy. What You'll Be Doing As a Marketing Associate, you will work across multiple areas of the marketing team, identifying opportunities, developing and executing campaigns, and improving the performance of existing marketing activities. You will collaborate with creators, streamers, partners, and internal teams to strengthen the brand and drive user acquisition. Key responsibilities include: Identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships with creators, influencers, streamers, athletes, and other marketing partners Coordinating partnership deliverables, content schedules, and campaign execution Developing and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, activations, and sponsorships Managing content distribution across TikTok, Instagram, X, streaming platforms, and other relevant channels Monitoring campaign performance using metrics such as impressions, CPM, CCV, customer acquisition, and first-time depositors (FTDs) Identifying and testing new creators, platforms, channels, and user acquisition opportunities Managing marketing budgets and evaluating campaign effectiveness against performance objectives Improving internal systems for tracking marketing spend, partnership deliverables, and campaign results Bringing forward creative ideas and taking ownership of marketing initiatives with limited supervision Collaborating with the wider marketing team to align individual initiatives with Shuffle’s broader brand and growth strategy Qualifications: 1–4 years of experience in marketing, growth, crypto, gambling, media, creator partnerships, or consumer technology Strong understanding of internet culture, creators, social media trends, and brand positioning Ability to identify relevant creators, content, and partnership opportunities that align with a brand's audience and objectives Proven ability to take projects from concept through execution, including outreach, negotiation, coordination, and reporting Proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to take ownership and work independently Commercial awareness and comfort managing budgets and evaluating marketing performance Strong communication and relationship-building skills when working with creators, agents, partners, and internal teams Ability to collaborate effectively while independently managing assigned projects and marketing initiatives Highly Beneficial If You Have: Experience working directly with creators, influencers, streamers, or talent agencies Knowledge of cryptocurrency, online gambling, iGaming, or sports betting Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills Experience with paid social media or performance marketing Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, X, Twitch, Kick, Telegram, or other relevant digital platforms A strong understanding of Shuffle’s brand, current marketing direction, and opportunities to reach a broader mainstream audience Benefits: Fully remote working arrangement, with candidates welcome to apply from anywhere in the world Competitive salary with bonuses twice a year Opportunity to take ownership of campaigns, partnerships, and growth initiatives Collaborative environment with room to contribute ideas and influence marketing strategy Exposure to international marketing campaigns, creator partnerships, and a rapidly expanding digital entertainment business Opportunity to make a meaningful impact as Shuffle continues to expand its marketing operations

This role is ideal for someone with an established network within the LATAM iGaming industry, strong relationships with operators and aggregators, and a proven track record in selling casino content, sportsbook, or gaming solutions.
