A well-renowned iGaming business is looking for a talented legal professional to join their award-winning Legal team as a Legal Counsel - Commercial Law.
Your Responsibilities:
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
- Support the implementation and streamlining of contract management and compliance processes.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments in the gaming and technology sectors
- Advise on a broad range of legal matters
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business, product, and compliance teams to assess legal risks
- Contribute to internal legal knowledge sharing,
- 3+ years post-qualification experience as a commercial/media/IP lawyer in a leading law firm or in-house in the iGaming, technology, digital media, or entertainment industry.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Law.
- Proven track record of successfully managing legal risks and complex commercial legal matters.
- Experience in M&A transactions and AI is a plus.

Overview
My client, a growing Platform Provider within the Crypto space, is looking for an experienced and detail-driven Head of Treasury to lead the crypto treasury operations. You’ll manage all digital asset flows—ensuring fast, secure, and cost-effective transactions for our users.
Key Duties
Oversee end-to-end crypto deposits and withdrawals.
Manage liquidity across major digital assets (BTC, ETH, USDT, etc.).
Monitor blockchain activity and adjust fee strategies for efficiency.
Reconcile on-chain data with internal ledgers daily.
Enforce strong security protocols in partnership with the security team.
Report on holdings, transaction volumes, and P&L.
Assess and integrate new cryptocurrencies and chains.
Explore and adopt advanced crypto treasury tools and DeFi options.
Requirements
Must-Have:
4+ years in crypto treasury/operations/finance roles.
2+ years in a crypto casino and/or sportsbook.
Strong blockchain knowledge and asset management experience.
Extensive use of Fireblocks.
Skilled in on-chain analysis and data reconciliation.
Deep awareness of crypto security risks.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with crypto-focused treasury systems.
Scripting or basic automation skills.
Degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
