My client, a global leading iGaming business, is on the lookout for a Legal Assistant to support the Head of Legal.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complaint process and handle administrative tasks
  • Gather, organize, and process confidential legal documents.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to legal cases.
  • Process customer requests regarding transaction history and data protection.
  • Act as a liaison between internal departments and external legal partners.
  • Perform various administrative and office management tasks, including legal deadlines and inbox management.
  • Maintain and organize legal files and databases.

Requirements

  • Degree in LawLegal AdministrationOffice / Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a legal, compliance, or financial environment is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.

Key Responsibilities Provide clear, timely advice on commercial, corporate, labour, and partnership matters. Draft, review, and negotiate a range of agreements (e.g. supplier, PSP, license, NDA, and marketing). Advise on IP, licensing, and regulatory issues. Treasury Analyst - Front Office Location - Malta, Fulltime Hybrid   A leading iGaming company is looking for a Treasury Analyst to join the team.   What You’ll Do Prepare daily cash forecasts, analyze cash positions, and manage intercompany funding. Propose and execute FX strategies and transactions. Prepare management reports and cash position summaries. Manage supplier financing and liquidity monitoring. Support debt funding, drawdowns, repayments, and related schedules. Assist with Treasury queries, cross-training, and key projects. Identify opportunities to improve Treasury processes and reporting.   What they're Looking For Experience in finance, ideally within the iGaming industry.
