Salary: Up to €25,000 DOE

 

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Administrator to join a growing Immigration & Relocation team. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career who wants hands-on experience, structured training, and long-term growth in a professional services environment.

You’ll support the team with day-to-day administration while learning immigration and relocation processes, with the opportunity to gradually manage your own client portfolio.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing administrative support to the immigration team
  • Maintaining accurate digital and physical client files
  • Assisting with invoicing and record keeping
  • Supporting client onboarding, compliance, and KYC documentation
  • Assisting clients with related services such as insurance and translations
  • Taking part in client meetings and internal case discussions
  • Learning and supporting immigration, residency, and work permit applications

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum O-Level education
  • Previous experience in immigration or work permits is a plus
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Team player who can also work independently
