This is a key hire for a new market entry, where you will act as the primary HR lead locally, partnering closely with global leadership to build and implement people strategies aligned with business growth.

This is a key hire for a new market entry, where you will act as the primary HR lead locally, partnering closely with global leadership to build and implement people strategies aligned with business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, driving the local HR strategy in Brazil
- Support the full employee lifecycle, from hiring through to development and offboarding
- Oversee and guide recruitment processes and workforce planning in line with expansion goals
- Lead on employee relations, performance management, and organizational design
- Ensure full compliance with Brazilian labor law (CLT) and local HR regulations
- Implement and manage HR policies, processes, and frameworks tailored to a startup environment
- Partner with global teams on compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
- Drive initiatives around employee engagement, culture, and retention
- Provide insights and reporting on key HR metrics to support decision-making
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR experience, including exposure to HRBP or People Partner roles
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor law (CLT)
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
Nice to Have:
- Experience within iGaming, online entertainment, fintech, or tech sectors
- Background supporting international companies entering Brazil
- Exposure to fast-paced, performance-driven environments

Overview
We are seeking a Brand & Content Manager to lead brand development and content strategy for a new iGaming market launch in Brazil. This is a key role focused on building a strong, locally relevant brand presence from the ground up, driving awareness, engagement, and acquisition through compelling storytelling and high-impact campaigns.
You will play a central role in defining how the brand connects with Brazilian audiences, ensuring cultural relevance, regulatory alignment, and consistency across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement brand positioning tailored to the Brazilian market, ensuring differentiation in a competitive iGaming landscape
Develop and execute go-to-market campaigns for launch and ongoing growth
Own and lead the content strategy, including planning, creation, and distribution across digital platforms (social, web, CRM, affiliates)
Build a strong, consistent brand voice and storytelling framework that resonates with local audiences
Collaborate with performance marketing, CRM, product, and affiliate teams to align messaging and campaigns

Must-Have Requirements:

THIS ROLE REQUIRES RELOCATING TO TAIWAN FOR 6 MONTHS FOR MANDATORY TRAINING
Main Responsibilities:
Develop long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction
Oversee and expand revenue streams within an assigned portfolio by identifying growth opportunities
Collaborate with clients to improve game visibility and performance through targeted marketing and promotional activities
Contribute to securing and maintaining favorable commercial terms in partnerships
Coordinate closely with internal marketing teams to deliver high-quality and effective promotional campaigns
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by sharing insights, best practices, and industry knowledge
Provide prompt and efficient support to operators, ensuring all requests are handled in a timely manner
Desired experience:
Previous experience in account management, business development, or similar client-facing roles, ideally within iGaming, gaming, or digital entertainment (preferred but not strictly mandatory)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships
Familiarity with marketing strategies and promotional planning is advantageous
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Candidates must be based in or eligible to work in one of the following countries: Mexico, Argentina, Peru, or Chile
Willingness to undergo an initial training period in Taiwan before transitioning to a role based in LATAM (mandatory)
