Head of Casino

Location: Gibraltar (Office-Based, 5 Days a Week)

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Casino to grow and optimise the revenues of our casino brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online gaming, local regulations, and player management and behaviours. You will be responsible for managing the casino product, driving revenue growth, optimising user experience, and ensuring full compliance with all legislative requirements.

This is a full-time, office-based position, requiring your presence in our Gibraltar office five days a week.

Responsibilities

Casino Product Management
Oversee the casino platform including grid management, ensuring game offerings are optimised by segment and tailored to the market.

Game Portfolio
Collaborate with existing game providers to ensure a diverse and engaging portfolio of games (including exclusive content). Expand the offering through new business opportunities and manage all contract negotiations.

Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyse data from user behaviour and campaign performance to make data-driven decisions that increase player volume and value.

Regulatory Compliance
Ensure all casino operations meet regulatory requirements, including responsible gaming practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with marketing, product, legal, payments, and IT departments to implement and optimise casino strategies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in senior online Casino roles, preferably within the iGaming industry
  • Must be able to work office-based in Gibraltar, 5 days a week

Technical Delivery Manager – iGaming (B2C) 3-month consulting engagement, with potential to convert to a full-time role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to own software delivery for a Tier-1 B2C iGaming launch. The successful candidate will lead a 20+ team  translating the product roadmap into a coordinated, production-ready technical delivery plan.
