The Role
The Head of Acquisition will lead all new player growth initiatives across the business.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing acquisition strategy, managing media investment, scaling affiliate and partnership channels, and driving performance across multiple acquisition streams.
This role requires a commercially driven leader with deep performance marketing expertise and a strong track record in building scalable acquisition engines that balance growth, efficiency, and player quality.

Key Responsibilities

Acquisition Strategy & Performance
  • Own acquisition strategy, budget allocation, and growth targets across all channels
  • Scale player acquisition while maintaining efficiency, profitability, and player quality
  • Develop testing frameworks and long-term growth plans aligned with business objectives
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve performance and ROI
Affiliate & Partnership Growth
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with affiliates, publishers, and partners
  • Expand affiliate contribution while maintaining strong commercial outcomes
  • Evaluate and negotiate partnerships to support sustainable growth
  • Monitor partner performance, traffic quality, and long-term player value
Channel Expansion & SEO
  • Diversify acquisition across paid media, partnerships, SEO, and emerging channels
  • Develop scalable programs that reduce reliance on single-channel performance
  • Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to improve conversion
  • Establish SEO as a meaningful contributor to long-term growth
Measurement & Optimisation
  • Partner with Analytics to evaluate acquisition quality, ROAS, retention, and LTV
  • Improve forecasting, attribution, and decision-making frameworks
  • Optimise spend allocation using data-led insights
  • Ensure focus remains on long-term value over short-term volume
Leadership
  • Build and lead a high-performing acquisition function
  • Manage agencies, external partners, and internal team growth
  • Establish scalable processes, reporting structures, and operating rhythms
  • Act as a key strategic partner to the General Manager and wider leadership team

Requirements
Essential
  • 7+ years’ experience in acquisition, performance marketing, or growth leadership
  • Proven track record managing significant budgets and hitting performance targets
  • Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing and partnership-driven acquisition
  • Demonstrated success scaling customer acquisition programmes
  • Strong analytical mindset and commercial decision-making ability
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, and external partners
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Desirable
  • Experience within iGaming (Online Casino, Sweepstakes, Sports Betting, Social Casino)
  • Experience scaling affiliate programmes and diversified acquisition portfolios
  • Exposure to paid social, programmatic, SEO, and emerging channels

The Role Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of all US-based litigation, intellectual property enforcement, and regulatory compliance. This is a senior, hands-on role requiring deep expertise across disputes, IP protection, and gaming regulation. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams while managing external counsel and enforcement partners.
