- Performance Monitoring: Track and report key metrics, including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and Payback, using data to inform decisions.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze campaign performance and audience behaviour to continuously refine strategy and budget allocation.
Requirements:
- Based in Brazil
- Proven experience leading user acquisition strategies for digital products or app-first businesses
- Strong understanding of paid media channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic, and ad networks
- Data-driven mindset with experience monitoring and optimizing metrics like CAC, LTV, ROAS, and Payback
- Leadership experience, capable of mentoring a team and collaborating across functions
- Adaptable problem-solver, comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
- Experience managing affiliate programs and performance partnerships

As a Bilingual Spanish/English AML Analyst based in Bogotá, you’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance across Latam operations. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Must be based in Bogotá
Bilingual in Spanish and English (both written and spoken)
Minimum of 1 year experience in compliance, transaction analysis, or AML operations
Experience with regulators, external auditors, and inspectors is a plus
Knowledge of AML reporting requirements and regulatory returns
Motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
UIAF certification and AML certifications (CAMS/ICA) are advantageous
Proficient with Google Suite, Slack, Airtable, and Intercom
