My client is a global award-winning iGaming brand who is now expanding their footprint in the Netherlands. That said, they are looking for a talented and data-driven CRM Manager to lead their player engagement strategy in this exciting market.

Role Overview:

As CRM Manager – Netherlands, you will be responsible for designing and executing the CRM strategy tailored specifically for Dutch players. Your goal is to drive player activation, retention, and loyalty through relevant, compliant, and engaging campaigns. You will play a key role in localising the brand experience and maximising customer lifetime value in a highly regulated and competitive landscape.

If you are based in Netherlands you can work remotely OR if you are based in Malta you will work Hybrid a few days in the office.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in both operational and marketing aspects, with a strong focus on providing excellent support to their team. Role Overview: As the Country Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to surpass company objectives and targets at the market level. This includes developing the market strategy, product, customer acquisition, and retention, while also managing P&L, building relationships, seeking marketing and partner opportunities, and providing feedback to product and marketing teams based on your market knowledge.
