Customer Support Agent – Spanish Speaking

Location: Melilla, Spain

Working Model: On-site, with remote flexibility for evening and weekend shifts

 

 

The Role

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our client's Customer Support team in Melilla. You will provide high-quality support to Spanish-speaking players, helping resolve queries efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous customer service experience who is comfortable working in a rotating shift environment, including evenings, nights and weekends.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and efficient customer support to Spanish-speaking players.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues across relevant support channels.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in Spanish and English.
  • Work collaboratively with international teams and internal departments.
  • Follow established processes and procedures to ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Work flexibly across a rotating schedule, including nights and weekends.

 

 

Requirements

  • Native-level Spanish is essential.
  • Intermediate to fluent English for internal communication.
  • 6 months or more of customer support/customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Comfortable working shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
  • Candidates must have the right to work in Spain/EU. Visa or work permit sponsorship is not available.

 

 

Salary & Benefits

  • €18,000-20,000 gross annual salary.
  • Performance bonus of up to 10% of annual salary.
  • Up to 4 weeks of "work from anywhere" flexibility.
  • Relocation support: flights + €750 relocation advance + 2-4 weeks of temporary accommodation.

Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and maintain Azure infrastructure across development, staging, and production environments. Ensure the cloud platform remains highly available, scalable, reliable, and performs efficiently. Administer core Azure services, including App Services, Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, networking, and identity management.
