(Account Management) B2B iGaming
This company is a global technology and software company that specialises in the development and supply of casino and sports related games to the online gambling industry. It boasts that it offers the largest and most competitive portfolio of titles within a particular sector.
Based anywhere in Europe, you will be part of an international commercial team. You will report to a manager who likes her team members to enjoy a good degree of autonomy, whilst being fully supported. The person in the role will work with a variety of clients within both the online and retail sectors. The focus would be the online sector (80%). Accounts this person will manage - includes top tier operators and aggregators, primarily in Europe & UK. The focus of the role will be upselling and cross selling, including introducing new games to customers (this will be a key part of the role). You will also help with the onboarding of clients.
Candidates will need to have solid B2B account management experience, gained within the iGaming sector (either sports betting or casino related experience is fine). You will also need to be an excellent communicator, commercial, entrepreneurial, customer centric, proactive, a team player, problem solver, self-managed and flexible.

This hugely successful and established European B2B provider, is in a very exciting phase. It has huge ambitions as it matures as a business. It is now poised for the next stage in its development. Part of the company's strategy is to recruit a new CCO to help continue its growth.
Reporting to the CEO, and based in a major iGaming hub your focus will be to reshape the commercial team within the business. You will have the sales & marketing teams reporting into you. Put simply, your remit will be to grow and improve the commercial function. Formulating and implementing new strategies, systems & process. The focus will be emerging regulated markets.
Candidates will have extensive online casino games experience and have a proven track record in successfully, managing developing commercial teams in the iGaming sector, preferably in a B2B environment.
Just as important is that you are able to formulate and implement sales strategies, and put in place good systems & process around driving business acquisition and effectively growing existing clients.
Candidates will need to live in one of the above locations and be a high calibre candidate with good stability.
