? Salary: $9/hour weekdays | $10/hour weekends
About the Role
Our client is looking for motivated and professional Customer Support Agents to join a growing remote team. In this role, you will support customers through live chat and email, helping resolve issues while delivering a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers via live chat and email
- Handle account-related questions and general inquiries
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Escalate complex cases when needed
- Follow internal procedures and support guidelines
- Work closely with team leaders and other departments
What We’re Looking For
- Strong English communication skills
- Previous customer support experience is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Good problem-solving skills
- Interest or experience in gaming, betting, or crypto platforms is a plus
- Reliable internet connection and suitable remote working setup
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
