About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Supervisor to support and oversee the daily operation of Elephant Bet’s back office systems in Brazil.
This role is responsible for executing, monitoring, and controlling core back-office activities, ensuring system accuracy, operational stability, and compliance with internal procedures.

The Back Office Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting live betting operations, front-office teams, and customer support, acting as a key link between operational execution, reporting, and compliance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor back-office systems on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

  • Configure basic operational settings related to games, betting markets, limits, and user access, following established guidelines.

  • Monitor player activity, betting flows, system alerts, and live operational events.

  • Ensure operational continuity and system stability during live betting periods.

Reporting & Monitoring

  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports.

  • Support data extraction for internal controls, audits, and regulatory requirements.

  • Identify inconsistencies, system issues, or unusual activity, escalating findings when necessary.

Financial & Compliance Support

  • Assist in monitoring player balances, settlements, and reconciliation processes.

  • Support AML, KYC, and CPF verification processes from a back-office perspective.

  • Ensure accurate handling of operational data in compliance with LGPD and internal policies.

Marketing & Promotions Support

  • Support the setup, execution, and monitoring of bonuses, loyalty programs, and promotional campaigns.

  • Assist CRM activities, including player segmentation and automated communications.

  • Ensure promotions are correctly configured, monitored, and aligned with campaign plans.

Team & Operational Support

  • Act as first-level operational support for front-office, customer support, and retail teams.

  • Follow and enforce established procedures, workflows, and access controls.

  • Support onboarding and training of new back-office users.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • 2–4 years of experience in back-office operations, platform support, or operational roles, preferably within betting, gaming, fintech, or transactional environments.

  • Familiarity with betting or gaming platforms and back-office systems (e.g., BetConstruct or similar).

  • Basic understanding of payment flows, KYC/AML processes, and operational reporting.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with live operational data.

  • Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage operational incidents calmly.

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

  • Fluency in Portuguese; working proficiency in English is required.
