Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Tier 2 Support Engineer based in New Jersey to join a dynamic team. This is a remote position with an expectation of one office visit per month. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to casino operators (not end players), troubleshoot and resolve issues, and contribute to system setup and configuration.
Responsibilities

Provide prompt and effective technical assistance to customers (casinos) via phone, email, and chat.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by analyzing symptoms, diagnosing problems, and offering solutions.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

Educate customers on product functionalities, usage, and best practices.

Deliver excellent customer service and ensure satisfactory resolution of technical issues.

Lead setup activities, system configurations, and testing.
Qualifications

Proven experience in quality assurance and technical support roles, preferably in a software or technology company.

Bonus & Campaign Management
Own bonus configuration and testing to ensure promotions are engaging but margin-conscious.
Track bonus ROI, churn rates, and impact on re-engagement KPIs.
Run A/B tests across offers, journeys, and creative assets.
Automation & Tooling
Drive CRM automation strategy, improving retention efficiency while reducing manual work.
Optimize the use of Optimove, exploring new features and integrations with other marketing tech.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with VIP, product, and support teams to align CRM strategy with broader goals.
Align promotional calendar with cross-functional campaigns, game launches, and market pushes.
Who You Are
3+ years of CRM experience in iGaming or sweepstakes (social casino is a strong plus).
Experience with Optimove (or similar platforms like FastTrack, Salesforce, Emarsys, etc.).
Strong understanding of bonus mechanics and how to structure offers with positive ROI.
Data-savvy: confident using segment builder, dashboards, and campaign analytics.
Highly organized and methodical: you build scalable workflows and document your processes.
Strong grasp of US player preferences and legal/compliance context for sweepstakes.
