Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and manage AI-driven platforms to automate lifecycle campaigns, daily promos, and event-based messages (especially in sports betting and live games).

• Build automated workflows to push offers, bonuses, and content based on real-time sports schedules and betting activity.

• Integrate with tools like CRM systems, segmentation engines, and in-house gaming platforms.

• Create micro-segments using AI analysis of player data—behavior, game preferences, location, betting patterns, and transaction history.

• Deliver hyper-personalized experiences: dynamic promotions, tailored game content, push/email copy, and personalized bonus offers.

• Use machine learning insights to forecast customer behavior (churn, VIP potential, etc.) and predict market trends.

• Optimize marketing calendar by anticipating spikes around major sports events or league fixtures.

• Work closely with analytics and product teams to refine behavioral triggers and smart automation rules.

• Monitor performance of automated systems and campaign outcomes across all key channels.

• Design AI-driven promotional frameworks that align with daily or weekly sports calendars—Premier League, NFL, NBA, etc.

• Drive user engagement during live sports events through dynamic, automated campaigns triggered by game starts, goals, or odds shifts.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in marketing automation, CRM, or AI-driven marketing, ideally in iGaming, betting, or sports tech.

• Experience with AI tools and platforms (e.g. Braze, Optimove, ChatGPT, Jasper, Mutiny, or custom-built agents).

• Familiarity with iGaming marketing funnels: from acquisition to reactivation, bonus campaigns, and player retention.

• Understanding of compliance requirements in regulated gaming markets.

• Comfortable with tools like Segment, Looker, Amplitude, SQL, or low-code automation platforms (Zapier, Make).

• Bonus if you have prior experience with live event marketing or working on sports calendars
