Senior Legal Counsel – Commercial & Regulatory Location: Redhill / Hybrid Salary: £95,000–£120,000 Experience: 5–8+ years PQE The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join a growing, consumer-focused business based in Redhill. This is a broad, high-impact in-house position offering the opportunity to become a key legal adviser to the business and work closely with senior leadership and stakeholders across multiple functions. The successful candidate will provide commercially focused legal advice across a diverse range of matters, including commercial contracts, consumer and marketing law, intellectual property, regulatory issues, product development, disputes and data protection. This role would suit a commercially minded solicitor who enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment and wants genuine ownership, autonomy and exposure to senior decision-makers. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted legal adviser to senior management and key business stakeholders. Provide practical advice on commercial, regulatory and operational legal matters. Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including supplier, technology, SaaS, partnership, marketing and licensing contracts. Advise on contractual risk, including liability, indemnities, termination, intellectual property, data protection and service levels. Own and maintain customer-facing Terms & Conditions, promotional terms, policies and other legal documentation. Advise on consumer protection, advertising and promotional requirements. Review marketing campaigns, customer communications, website content and promotional activity from a legal perspective. Provide legal input into new products, services, technology and business initiatives, applying a legal-by-design approach. Advise on intellectual property matters, including trade marks, licensing, brand protection and potential infringements. Manage disputes, threatened claims and pre-action matters, instructing external counsel where appropriate. Provide legal support on complex UK GDPR and privacy matters. Identify material legal risks and work with relevant stakeholders to ensure appropriate mitigation. Instruct and manage external legal advisers where specialist expertise is required. Provide legal training and guidance to teams across the organisation. Help develop efficient processes for managing legal risk and reducing unnecessary reliance on external counsel. About You You will be an England & Wales qualified solicitor with approximately 5–8+ years PQE, ideally with a strong commercial and in-house background. We are particularly interested in candidates with: Strong commercial contracts experience. Previous in-house experience, ideally within a consumer-facing, digital or regulated environment. Experience advising on consumer law and marketing/advertising requirements. Good knowledge of intellectual property and data protection. Excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. The ability to provide clear, practical and commercially focused advice. Confidence working independently and managing a varied legal workload. The ability to engage effectively with senior management and non-legal stakeholders. Experience within promotional activity, competitions, gaming, lotteries or similarly regulated consumer sectors would be advantageous, but is not essential. Management Accountant (6 months fixed-term contract) Operational Point of Contact: Finance Manager Functional Point of Contact: Finance Director Contract type: Service agreement (IE or B2B) Length of contract: Fixed-term, 6 months Scope of Services • Provide day-to-day accounting and financial administration services for multiple legal entities • Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure transactions are recorded correctly and on time • Support month-end and year-end closing activities and the preparation of financial reports • Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and other relevant authorities as required • Prepare, review, and execute bank and cryptocurrency payments in accordance with agreed procedures and approval processes • Monitor payment schedules and ensure timely processing of financial transactions across entities • Perform and review reconciliations, including bank accounts, balances, and other financial records • Deliver financial reporting, analysis, and ad hoc outputs as agreed with the Finance Manager • Identify and propose improvements to accounting and financial processes across multiple entities Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field - or similar qualification • 3-4 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, audit, or controlling • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting • Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month-end/year-end closing processes • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP/accounting systems • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently, organize and prioritize tasks while meeting deadlines • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to handle confidential financial information with professionalism • Good command of English, both written and spoken • Solid understanding of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) • Solid understanding of relevant tax laws and regulations, including VAT, corporate income tax, and other applicable taxes • Experience working across multiple entities or in a multi-country environment is an advantage

Sportsbook Operations Senior Manager | Gibraltar (On-site)   Our client is a fast-growing, next-generation sports betting and gaming platform building out its Gibraltar operation. They're a high-performance, fast-moving team with high ownership and a genuine appetite to professionalise how they operate.   They're looking for a Sportsbook Operations Senior Manager to own the operational engine behind their sportsbook supplier ecosystem; building the governance, performance reviews, reporting cadences and incident management processes that keep the sportsbook reliable, responsive and scalable as the business grows. Reporting to the Rugby Trading & Operations Manager, you'll price and trade rugby matches across our markets, with support and mentorship from our experienced trading team to help you sharpen your skills. Day to day, you will: Research matches in depth, combining strong data analysis with detailed knowledge of teams, players and their individual abilities. Apply statistical and probability-based methods to build the most accurate prices possible, both pre-match and in-play. Monitor liabilities and move prices in response to changing circumstances and market conditions. Trade matches in-running, adjusting prices based on live action and manage online bet requests. Accurately build and settle markets, keeping errors, mistakes and omissions to a minimum. WORKING HOURS Our Clients hours are dictated by the rugby calendar, so you'll need to be happy working a shift pattern that includes early, late and night shifts as well as weekends, to tie in with when live matches take place. ABOUT YOU You will: Hold a strong degree, ideally in a quantitative subject (e.g. maths, statistics, economics, data science or similar). Have strong data analysis skills and a solid grasp of probability and statistics, with the ability to turn data into accurate prices. Be passionate about rugby and have in-depth knowledge of teams, players and their abilities. Be very numerate with a sharp betting/trading brain and a genuine interest in betting markets. Work to a very high standard and stay calm and accurate in a pressured environment.
