Management Accountant (6 months fixed-term contract) Operational Point of Contact: Finance Manager Functional Point of Contact: Finance Director Contract type: Service agreement (IE or B2B) Length of contract: Fixed-term, 6 months Scope of Services • Provide day-to-day accounting and financial administration services for multiple legal entities • Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure transactions are recorded correctly and on time • Support month-end and year-end closing activities and the preparation of financial reports • Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and other relevant authorities as required • Prepare, review, and execute bank and cryptocurrency payments in accordance with agreed procedures and approval processes • Monitor payment schedules and ensure timely processing of financial transactions across entities • Perform and review reconciliations, including bank accounts, balances, and other financial records • Deliver financial reporting, analysis, and ad hoc outputs as agreed with the Finance Manager • Identify and propose improvements to accounting and financial processes across multiple entities Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field - or similar qualification • 3-4 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, audit, or controlling • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting • Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month-end/year-end closing processes • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP/accounting systems • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently, organize and prioritize tasks while meeting deadlines • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to handle confidential financial information with professionalism • Good command of English, both written and spoken • Solid understanding of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) • Solid understanding of relevant tax laws and regulations, including VAT, corporate income tax, and other applicable taxes • Experience working across multiple entities or in a multi-country environment is an advantage

Sportsbook Operations Senior Manager | Gibraltar (On-site)   Our client is a fast-growing, next-generation sports betting and gaming platform building out its Gibraltar operation. They're a high-performance, fast-moving team with high ownership and a genuine appetite to professionalise how they operate.   They're looking for a Sportsbook Operations Senior Manager to own the operational engine behind their sportsbook supplier ecosystem; building the governance, performance reviews, reporting cadences and incident management processes that keep the sportsbook reliable, responsive and scalable as the business grows. This is a hands-on operational role, not a distant strategy seat. You'll work closely with Sportsbook Experience, Product, Engineering and Risk, acting as the bridge between internal teams and external suppliers.   What you'll be doing: Own operational relationships with key sportsbook suppliers across pricing, trading and data Build supplier governance frameworks, QBR cadences, performance reviews and action tracking Lead supplier incident management end-to-end, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and don't recur Hold third-party suppliers accountable for performance, quality and delivery Improve the processes behind event booking, supplier selection and day-to-day trading operations Use data and reporting to identify supplier trends and operational improvement opportunities Support and guide Gibraltar-based execs as the team grows Provide clear updates to senior stakeholders on operations, incidents and supplier performance   What you'll bring: 5+ years' experience in sportsbook operations, trading or sportsbook management Strong sportsbook industry knowledge; understanding the ecosystem matters more than experience with any one supplier A track record managing operational relationships with third-party sportsbook suppliers or partners (sports, including racing) Experience building or improving governance frameworks, QBRs, reporting structures or supplier performance processes Strong analytical, process-improvement mindset Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude or similar) to improve reporting and operational efficiency People leadership experience is a plus, not essential Comfortable with ambiguity, happy building structure where it doesn't exist yet Genuine passion for sport and sports betting   Details: Location: Gibraltar, on-site, full-time Working pattern: Shifts between 9am–11pm, Monday–Sunday Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

We're looking for a passionate and highly numerate Junior Rugby Trader to join a well-established Rugby Desk. Reporting to the Rugby Trading & Operations Manager, you'll price and trade rugby matches across our markets, with support and mentorship from our experienced trading team to help you sharpen your skills. Day to day, you will: Research matches in depth, combining strong data analysis with detailed knowledge of teams, players and their individual abilities. Apply statistical and probability-based methods to build the most accurate prices possible, both pre-match and in-play. Monitor liabilities and move prices in response to changing circumstances and market conditions. Trade matches in-running, adjusting prices based on live action and manage online bet requests. Accurately build and settle markets, keeping errors, mistakes and omissions to a minimum. WORKING HOURS Our Clients hours are dictated by the rugby calendar, so you'll need to be happy working a shift pattern that includes early, late and night shifts as well as weekends, to tie in with when live matches take place. ABOUT YOU You will: Hold a strong degree, ideally in a quantitative subject (e.g. maths, statistics, economics, data science or similar). Have strong data analysis skills and a solid grasp of probability and statistics, with the ability to turn data into accurate prices. Be passionate about rugby and have in-depth knowledge of teams, players and their abilities. Be very numerate with a sharp betting/trading brain and a genuine interest in betting markets. Work to a very high standard and stay calm and accurate in a pressured environment.
