Affiliate Manager — Operator Partnerships My client is a fast-scaling casino affiliate platform with a built-in rakeback model and is seeking an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to own casino operator relationships across the UK, Brazil and Europe. This is role focuses on negotiating and optimizing CPA, RevShare and Hybrid deals with both fiat and crypto operators, including major international and emerging brands. You will be responsible for sourcing and managing high-value operator partnerships, improving commercial terms over time, securing rakeback-compatible agreements and acting as the primary point of contact for affiliate managers across all active deals. We are looking for someone with 3+ years of iGaming Affiliate experience, strong operator relationships, proven negotiation ability and can independently manage partnerships end-to-end after initial introductions from leadership.  Portuguese language, experience with cashback/rakeback or crypto casino models are strong advantages.
