We are seeking a CRM Manager to join a collaborative and high-performing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, execution, and strategy, and who enjoys managing multiple priorities while delivering best-in-class CRM campaigns.
Position Summary
The CRM Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing customer relationship management strategies across digital channels to strengthen customer engagement and lifetime value. This role leads end-to-end campaign execution, leverages data insights to inform decisions, and partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet client objectives.
The ideal candidate brings strong project management skills, a quantitative mindset, and hands-on experience with CRM platforms in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Strategy & Campaign Execution
Manage the execution of email, push, and in-app messaging campaigns to support client goals.
Own campaigns end-to-end, including targeting, segmentation, setup, testing, execution, fulfillment, reporting, and optimization.
Create and manage personalized messaging modules and automated campaign journeys.
Develop, launch, and manage promotional campaigns for clients across CRM channels.
Analytics & Optimization
Analyze campaign performance metrics to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
Continuously optimize CRM marketing programs to improve engagement, retention, and revenue outcomes.
Support data-driven decision-making across CRM initiatives.
Technology & Vendor Management
Manage relationships with CRM software vendors and ensure effective use of CRM technologies.
Act as a subject-matter resource on CRM tools and digital engagement platforms.
Stay current on CRM industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying insights to strategy development.
Qualifications
Demonstrated hunger for continuous learning and execution in the digital gaming space.
Strong creative problem-solving abilities paired with analytical rigor.
Hands-on experience with major CRM platforms, ESPs, and push providers such as Optimove, Braze, Bloomreach, or similar tools.
Familiarity with online gaming, sports betting, or casino environments is a strong advantage.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.

Overview
We’re looking for a Risk & Fraud Analyst to join a fast-moving crypto casino environment, focused on protecting the platform through real-time monitoring, player behaviour analysis, and fraud prevention.
This is a hands-on, night shift role, suited to someone comfortable working at pace, making quick decisions, and operating across both crypto transactions and casino activity.
Your Role
Monitor player activity, transactions (crypto & fiat), and gameplay in real time to detect suspicious behaviour
Investigate fraud risks including bonus abuse, multi-accounting, and irregular wagering patterns
Review and approve withdrawals while ensuring proper risk checks and controls
Analyse casino performance and player trends to identify anomalies or exploitation
Conduct account-level investigations, including cross-checking linked profiles and behaviours
Work closely with internal teams (support, product, compliance) to resolve issues and improve controls
Manage alerts, flags, and escalations efficiently, ensuring timely action
Contribute to ongoing improvements in fraud detection processes and risk strategy
Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have)
1+ year experience working with blockchain / cryptocurrencies, with clear understanding of different networks and transaction flows
1+ year experience with online casino products, including games (slots, live casino, etc.) and mechanics such as bonuses, promotions, and tournaments
2+ years working with data analysis tools (SQL, advanced Excel, Tableau or similar) and handling large datasets
Ability to work night shifts (UTC)
Hands-on experience with KYC/KYT and fraud detection tools in a day-to-day operational setting
Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable working cross-functionally
Able to work independently, make decisions quickly, and operate in a process-driven environment

Technology Director
Our client is seeking a Director of Technology who can step into a leadership position and galvanize their existing IT. This individual must have extensive knowledge in system architecture and infrastructure, particularly with the technologies they rely on such as AWS, Microsoft SQL, and Kafka.
They need someone who can bring comprehensive expertise in future-proofing their technology stack—ensuring that they're not only maintaining the current infrastructure but also continuously optimizing and upgrading it to deliver best-in-class performance and availability.
The Tech Director will also need to be heavily involved in several system integration tasks, with a strong focus on network security and redundancy to ensure system protection and maximum uptime.
The product department handles software development and third-party content integrations. Therefore, the critical skills that need to be concentrated on are in network system security, network infrastructure, redundancy, performance management, data personnel management, and ensuring seamless connectivity between their stores and the system.
This also includes overseeing the hardware and peripherals used throughout the organization, such as kiosks, ATMs, and POS terminals.
While a background in gaming would be a plus, it’s not a necessity. However, we would certainly favor candidates who come from that specific area.
