Technology Director   Our client is seeking a Director of Technology who can step into a leadership position and galvanize their existing IT. This individual must have extensive knowledge in system architecture and infrastructure, particularly with the technologies they rely on such as AWS, Microsoft SQL, and Kafka. They need someone who can bring comprehensive expertise in future-proofing their technology stack—ensuring that they're not only maintaining the current infrastructure but also continuously optimizing and upgrading it to deliver best-in-class performance and availability. The Tech Director will also need to be heavily involved in several system integration tasks, with a strong focus on network security and redundancy to ensure system protection and maximum uptime. The product department handles software development and third-party content integrations. Therefore, the critical skills that need to be concentrated on are in network system security, network infrastructure, redundancy, performance management, data personnel management, and ensuring seamless connectivity between their stores and the system. This also includes overseeing the hardware and peripherals used throughout the organization, such as kiosks, ATMs, and POS terminals. While a background in gaming would be a plus, it’s not a necessity. However, we would certainly favor candidates who come from that specific area.  

My client is looking for an experienced Head of SEO to join their team in Tbilisi, Georgia.  What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute monthly and annual SEO strategies aligned with business goals. Build, hire, and manage SEO teams to launch and scale processes efficiently. Lead Product SEO and PBN departments, ensuring strong coordination and performance. Plan and manage monthly and annual SEO budgets. Create detailed technical and design briefs for developers and designers to support website launches and improvements. Oversee secure server setup and infrastructure from an SEO and risk-management perspective. Research, evaluate, and acquire high-quality expired/drop domains. Monitor performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize strategies. Ensure compliance with best practices and risk mitigation in competitive gambling SERPs. Requirements 2+ years of experience as a Head of SEO or SEO Team Lead. 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience. Proven expertise in the gambling / casino industry (mandatory). 2+ years of experience with the Canadian market (mandatory). Demonstrated success in Product SEO and PBN promotion. Overview:  Pentasia have partnered with a global iGaming organisation in their search for a Senior Internal Communications Manager. In this role, you’ll lead a global internal communications strategy, using compelling storytelling to bring culture and people initiatives to life. Working with HR, leadership and regional teams, you’ll shape key messaging, manage sensitive communications and deliver campaigns that boost engagement and cultural alignment.    What You Will be Doing:  Strategic HR Communications  Develop and lead a global internal communications strategy aligned with our business goals.  Serve as the primary internal comms partner to Marketing, HR and Operations, supporting messaging around business and HR messages, such as employee experience, engagement, change, L&D, recognition.  Manage communications around sensitive or complex people-related topics such as organizational change, policy updates, and leadership announcements.  Employee Engagement & Culture  Design and deliver campaigns that build understanding of and alignment with our culture, values, and ways of working.  Support the rollout and communication of engagement surveys, people policies, and employee programs.  Collaborate on initiatives that celebrate employee milestones, community building, and inclusion.  Content Creation & Storytelling  Develop high-impact content across a variety of formats (email, video, intranet, live events, newsletters) with a strong, consistent tone of voice.  Amplify success stories, employee spotlights, and leadership messaging that reinforce our values.  Channels & Tools  Own and optimize internal communications platforms, making recommendations on the best tools for the business.  Ensure our digital channels are user-friendly, dynamic, and support our culture and ways of working.  Global Communication with Local Adaptability  Ensure consistent, values-led messaging across regions while adapting for cultural and operational differences.  Work closely with local People and Comms leads to align communications and maintain a unified voice.  Measurement & Feedback  Track engagement and effectiveness of internal communications; report on insights and continuously improve based on employee feedback.  Build feedback loops to ensure our communications are responsive, relevant, and employee-informed.    What We Need From You:  8–10+ years of internal communications experience, with a strong focus on HR/people communications.  Experience in a global organization with a geographically and culturally diverse workforce.  Proven ability to deliver communication strategies that support employee engagement and cultural alignment.  Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills; able to craft compelling content for all levels of the organization.  Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence across all levels.   Comfortable handling sensitive topics and managing communications in times of change.  Experience in high-growth or regulated industries (e.g., fintech, gaming, tech).    Intimate knowledge of internal communications tools and employee engagement platforms.    If you or someone in your network would be interested in the opportunity, please reach out to me for more information! bryan.enriquez@pentasia.com
