They are seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to take ownership of all financial operations within our Manila office. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can set up and manage Real Time Reporting, reconciliation, accounting, payroll, tax, and banking processes for a fast growing high volume / low transaction value, online business.  The role reports to the Group CFO. Key Responsibilities Financial Control & Reporting Own the end-to-end financial reporting process, including: Daily, Monthly, quarterly, and annual close Management accounts Board reporting packs Daily Transaction Reconciliation Real Time KPI Monitoring and Reporting Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across all products. Maintain strong general ledger control and reconciliation processes. Provide the Group CFO with input into consolidated reporting at group-level including company specific insights.
