Support for Data Asset Management: Participate in data asset organization and management. Assist in building data standards and guidelines. Promote efficient reuse of data assets in products to enhance data value realization. Competitor and Trend Analysis: Monitor industry data product trends. Conduct competitor analysis of features, architecture, and user experience. Propose product optimization and innovation directions based on business realities. Requirements: Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years of relevant data product experience. Experience in the internet industry (e.g., e-commerce, community platforms, social media, entertainment) is preferred. Familiar with data warehouse and data lake architectures and basic principles of common data processing technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Flink, etc.). Core Product Skills: Experience in full-process data product design and implementation, able to independently manage the end-to-end product lifecycle. Proficient in prototyping tools (Axure, Figma) and basic data tools (SQL, Python) for simple data queries and analysis. Data and Business Understanding: Strong data sensitivity; can accurately understand the connection between business logic and data needs. Able to solve real business problems through data product design. Familiar with common data analysis methods (e.g., funnel analysis, user segmentation, attribution analysis). Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent cross-team communication and coordination skills. Able to clearly interface with business, data, and engineering teams, efficiently convey requirements and technical boundaries, and drive consensus. Logical Thinking and Execution Ability: Strong analytical and logical thinking skills; able to extract core goals from complex requirements. High execution efficiency, able to handle multiple concurrent tasks and ensure timely project delivery.

The role in On-site in the Philippines in Pasig City, soon they will move to Makati City. Relocation is provided (included accommodation for the single person, flight ticket and VISA process)   Main Responsibilities: Design, develop, and test web applications based on defined system requirements. Implement software architecture and ensure proper module testing. Maintain and enhance existing systems by identifying and resolving defects. JOB SUMMARY: Our client is expanding their engineering operations and looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join the team. You will work alongside the existing DevOps engineer to take ownership of the Linux infrastructure, stabilize the server environments, and optimize deployment workflows. Currently, they run a hybrid stack of modern web frameworks on established Linux architecture. They need someone who doesn't just "maintain" servers but takes pride in owning the reliability, security, and automation of the platform, ensuring the developers have a stable foundation to build upon.   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Linux Infrastructure & Server Management Tune and harden LAMP (Apache) and LEMP (Nginx) stacks to ensure optimal performance for PHP/Laravel applications. Implement robust system monitoring and logging strategies to proactively detect and resolve OS-level issues. 2. Deployment Pipeline Optimization Partner with the team to manage the Self-Managed GitLab instance, ensuring high availability of the CI/CD environment. Own the deployment pipelines: Optimize GitLab CI runners, improve build times for frontends, and ensure PHP deployments are atomic and rollback-capable. Troubleshoot and resolve build failures in the CI/CD process, bridging the gap between local development and production. 4. Collaboration & Best Practices Work closely with oue current DevOps engineer to document infrastructure knowledge and remove "single points of failure" in the knowledge base. Automate manual administrative tasks using Bash scripting. Maintain Jira & Confluence workflows to ensure engineering processes are tracked and documented.   JOB COMPETENCIES: Education Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related courses. Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in DevOps or System Administration Linux Mastery: You have deep experience managing RHEL-based systems (CentOS/Rocky) in a production environment. You understand the OS kernel, permissions, and storage management. Web Stack Fluency: You aren't just an admin; you understand the build requirements of Laravel (PHP) and Next.js (Node/React) applications. CI/CD Expertise: Proven experience configuring GitLab CI, managing runners, and debugging complex pipeline failures. AWS Fundamentals: Solid understanding of core AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Security Groups, IAM). Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively with another DevOps engineer and the wider development team. Experience transitioning manual server management to Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Ansible or Terraform). Experience with Docker for creating consistent build environments or future containerization strategies. Background in web performance optimization (caching, CDN, asset compression).
