??Onsite role in Philippines   Location: Manila, Philippines Full relocation support Salary: Up to €120.000 USD/year   We are looking for a Sr Developer to lead a cross-functional team working on high-traffic Sportsbook and iGaming platforms.   This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing betting solutions.   Main Responsibilities: Lead and mentor Frontend and FullStack developers, setting technical standards and ensuring delivery aligned with product goals. Design and implement scalable backend and frontend architectures for high-load, low-latency betting systems. Maintain hands-on involvement in coding, code reviews, and architectural decisions. Ensure system reliability, monitoring, performance optimisation, and production issue resolution. Collaborate with product, trading, compliance, and operations teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.   Desired experience: 7+ years in software development 3+ years in iGaming, sportsbook, or other high-transaction environments. Proven experience leading development teams or acting as a technical authority. Strong full-stack background (Java/Spring Boot, .NET, Node.js, Go, or Python) and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular). Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, microservices, event-driven systems, and real-time technologies (WebSockets, Kafka, RabbitMQ).
