Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Manager to oversee and grow their online operation. This strategic role includes operational management, affiliate program development, and acting as the link between their internal competence center and field operations. You will also be responsible for managing the call center, ensuring top-notch customer service and operational performance. Key Responsibilities   Oversee daily online operations to ensure maximum efficiency and performance. Manage and expand the affiliate program, fostering strategic partnerships and driving growth. Serve as the liaison between the competence center and field teams, ensuring clear communication and effective implementation of initiatives. Prepare and submit accurate monthly performance reports to both management and regulatory authorities. Lead and optimize the call center, with a focus on service quality and customer satisfaction.   The role is based In Angola and you will be onsite and need to relocate. Over the next few years this company aims to be a market-leading iGaming provider. It has recently hired some highly respected names in the industry and is now expanding it's foot print globally.  For this role you can be based anywhere in Africa or Europe and work remotely. You will be reporting directly into a C-level manager within the business. experienced. You will be tasked with building a sales team that will promote a range of market leading sports related solutions to top tier partners in Africa. You will also be involved in creating the sales strategy for the region and also implementing it.     To be considered for the role, candidates will require solid commercial/sales management experience, including people management experience gained within the sports betting/platform verticals. Candidates with a good network of operators will be preferred.
