Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for production systems. Manage Kubernetes (EKS) infrastructure using Terraform, Helm, and GitOps (Flux/ArgoCD). Improve observability, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code. Collaborate with engineering teams to support deployments and enhance system performance and scalability.   Requirements Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD. Experience operating high-load production environments and on-call support. Knowledge of monitoring/observability tools (e.g., Datadog, New Relic). Experience with Kafka and cloud-native infrastructure is a plus. Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with excellent troubleshooting skills.

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent commercial experience. Nice to Have Experience working in highly regulated or data-intensive industries such as fintech, financial services, payments, or online gaming. Knowledge of automated integration or simulation testing. Experience with GitOps and continuous deployment tools such as Argo CD. Familiarity with actor-based concurrency frameworks such as Akka.NET. Experience building low-latency, mission-critical backend platforms.
