About the Role: As a Legal & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination, development, and embedding of the legal and compliance framework in the LATAM region. Join a diverse, Spanish/English-speaking team in shaping the future of online casinos while ensuring the highest standards of legal and regulatory compliance. Main Responsibilities: Oversee the legal and compliance framework for the Latam market, ensuring the company’s operations align with local and international regulations. Draft, review, and negotiate key contracts, including NDAs, software licenses, data processing agreements, and subcontractor agreements. This includes modifying and extending existing contracts as needed. Provide strategic legal advice to support business decisions, including creative solutions for complex negotiations and compliance challenges. Support the development and execution of effective compliance programs, including the creation of policies, controls, and procedures to meet regulatory standards. Coordinate compliance efforts across different business verticals, ensuring that new products, features, and promotions are launched in full compliance. Oversee AML compliance, including transaction monitoring and regulatory reporting, while liaising with internal teams to ensure timely submissions. Conduct proactive internal audits to identify and address potential compliance risks. Manage communications with regulatory authorities and support the preparation of license applications and renewals. Collaborate with external and internal auditors, ensuring thorough and accurate responses to inquiries. Provide ongoing training to employees on compliance requirements and industry best practices. Support crisis management planning to address potential compliance violations.   Desired Experience: Law degree with at least 8 years in a legal, compliance, regulatory, or auditing role. Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams. Background in sports and online gambling is a plus. Advanced proficiency in English, with strong writing and interpersonal communication skills. Experience with contract drafting, risk assessment, and regulatory interactions. Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, Airtable, and Intercom. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role: As an Affiliate Manager for the Mexican market, you'll play a key role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth by building strong affiliate partnerships. This position involves managing performance-based campaigns, optimizing marketing spend, and testing innovative traffic sources to maximize profitability. You'll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values creativity and data-driven decision-making.   Key Responsibilities: Develop and expand both new and existing affiliate networks, identifying opportunities for growth within the Mexican market. Set and achieve departmental and personal KPIs, regularly reviewing affiliate performance to ensure targets are met. Monitor and optimize the ROMI for affiliate campaigns, ensuring that budgets are respected and profitability is maximized. Oversee the creation and updating of affiliate marketing materials, including banners, landing pages, bonus offers, and tracking links, to ensure alignment with current promotions. Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to test new traffic sources and refine customer acquisition strategies. Analyze affiliate data to identify trends, optimize performance, and prevent fraudulent activity. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.   Desired Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager, preferably within the Mexican iGaming market. Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills. In-depth knowledge of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and other affiliate deal structures. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive profitable decisions. Effective negotiation and relationship management skills, capable of building long-term partnerships. Experience in managing marketing budgets and performance-based campaigns. Familiarity with fraud detection and prevention in affiliate marketing is a plus.

Oversee game and content positioning on the website in collaboration with the casino team. Track and analyze market performance against GGR goals, providing guidance to improve SB results.
