My client, a leading company in the iGaming industry, is looking for a QA Engineer to join their team in Malta on a hybrid basis. Your mission is to continually refine and enhance software development processes, with a strong focus on identifying, eliminating, and preventing defects. You will report directly to the Head of Tech, and together, you'll explore new opportunities as you strategically plan the testing process.   Main Responsibilities Design and develop a test automation framework, incorporating standard continuous integration and delivery methodologies. Create and implement a front-end testing framework with a focus on mobile platforms. Define a comprehensive test strategy and maintain test scripts to ensure seamless data workflows. Conduct security testing, including penetration and fuzz testing. Test data ingestion and aggregation workflows. Mentor and support team members in developing their technical skills. Identify and address gaps in quality assurance, data management, and testing processes. Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies. Desired Experience & skillset 3 + years of experience in a similar role B.Sc/M.Sc in Computer Science or a related field. Solid understanding and practical experience with testing methodologies. Proficiency in Playwright or Cypress. Experience in the iGaming industry is preferred. Familiarity with Go, JavaScript, Cypress, SonarQube, AWS, and Cloudflare is a plus. Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

My client, a leading company in the iGaming industry, is looking for a Responsible Gaming Officer to join their team in Malta on-site. You will be responsible for safeguarding their players and business operations.   Main Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for all RG-related inquiries. Manage RG cases and oversee internal RG communication channels. Monitor player activity and proactively engage with players. Communicate with at-risk players via email and phone. Maintain direct communication lines with players. Compile RG profiles for player accounts. Follow up on player activity after RG interactions. Develop and enhance company RG procedures. Handle market-specific responsibilities.   Desired Experience & skillset Over 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry, ideally with a background in Responsible Gaming or Customer Service. Fluency in both German and English. Strong command of spoken and written English. Empathetic and compassionate nature. Sharp attention to detail and the ability to analyze data impartially.
